Our Aim
The Tarxien Youth Centre offers the teenagers between 13 and 15 years of age from all locations, discussions of interest on all subjects like relationships, satanism and occult, fire fighting and rescue, safety, Christian Religion, Anti-Bullying, Alcohol, Drugs, all type of abuse, filming, Animal Rescue and lots of others.
We Accept youths within the same age with Special Needs, Male/Female.
With the paticipation of Mr. Joseph S. Farrell, (TYC Director), and Santa Giovanna Antide Foundation, we offer services for those in need of individual problems, that cover all sort of type and also familiar problems. These services are free and are treated with the best confidence.
The Cirkolo San Gwann Bosco has also the facility of a football ground, where members can enjoy playing football. Also we own a Billiard Table, Table Tennis, and we are also investing in a Table Soccer. We practice some Drama on the Drama Palk that is available for us.
We organise activities of interest like Day Hikes, Night Hikes, BBQs, Gozo outings, Cinema outings, Bumping Cars outings, Dinner outings, swimming, Exhibition Shows and much more...
We offer opportunities for teenagers to go to Seminars out of the Country and Youths Exchange. Accomodation, food and drinks are covered and also 70% of the flights and insurance are covered.
From September 2008 till 31st January 2009, we were offered to attend 3 times to Turkey where Mr. Farrell attended one of the offer, Macedonia, Palermo and also Germany.
